Not having credentials, or does nothing happen when you reset your password?
You need to be enrolled in a class handled by a faculty member who is using Moodle. Once a faculty member enrols you on a course where Moodle is used, you should be able to log in.
Not receiving password, even after being enrolled in a course by a faculty member?
You need to be enrolled in a class handled by a faculty member who is using Moodle. If you are sure that your faculty member has enrolled you to the course, then you can reset your password. To receive the password reset link enter your registration number (in small letters) in the 'Search by username' field at https://moovit.vit.ac.in/login/forgot_password.php and click 'Search'
Please do not use the email field.
The password reset mail might have been delivered in the SPAM folder of your VITSTUDENT email ID. If your mail from Moodle gets delivered in SPAM/JUNK mail folder, please whitelist the email ID so that your mail gets delivered properly.
Not able to log in to your new courses after Branch Migration?
Send a mail through your VIT email ID to support.moovit@vit.ac.in stating that you have migrated your branch. We will disable your old account. After that, your faculty members will be able to add you to the course using the tool that they have access to add or remove users.
