Scheduled maintenance between 28th August 2024 [10:00 AM to 04:00 PM]

Dear All,

We have scheduled maintenance between 28th August 2024 [10:00 AM to 04:00 PM].  The hardware on which Moodle is currently operating requires a scheduled firmware upgrade and update.   However, we will keep the downtime to a minimum.  We request that no important activities are scheduled during this period.  You will be able to access the infrastructure when there is no maintenance activity happening, however, access and data integrity is not guaranteed during this window.

We also are using this window to conduct some critical system updates.  

This being the CAT-01 period, we are certain that disruption will be minimal. The infrastructure will be made available immediately on the 'go-ahead' from the vendor for our use.

1.30 to 3.30 PM, 7th March 2024, Friday - Urgent Maintenance Down Time

Dear All,
Greetings from the Moodle Support Team.
We have filled up our file storage server. We are adding storage and will be taking the server offline between 1.30 PM and 3.30 PM, when we will be adding resources.
Rest assured, your information already on Moodle is not impacted.
Our CTS team is working hard and you will be able to enjoy Moodle access very soon.

We request that no activity is scheduled during the maintenance window. Any submissions, may kindly be rescheduled.
I apologise for the degraded experience.

Urgent Maintenance

We have a maintenance which has to be done between 04th June 2024 [08:00 AM to 08:00 PM].  The hardware on which Moodle is currently operating requires a scheduled firmware upgrade and update.   However, we will keep the downtime to a minimum.  We request that no important activities are scheduled during this period.  You will be able to access the infrastructure when there is no activity happening, however, access is and data integrity is not guaranteed during this window.

We also are using this window to conduct some critical system updates.  

We request that any activity scheduled during this window is rescheduled and no new  activity is planned during this window.
